Thread cutting oil is an important part of extending the life of your equipment. It provides cooling and lubrication to your machine preventing the dies from getting too hot. We have a wide range of oils in stock from all the leading manufacturers. They are available in different forms such as, synthetic and non-synthetic thread cutting oil, Sprays and gels. Oils are available is sizes from 250ml to 480Litres.

If your machine is not designed with its own oil dispenser we have a range of these available ensuring your machines have the longest lives.

Pipe Stands and rollers are a stable solution for working with pipe. They are adjustable height and with various heads to suit your needs. They make rotating and welding pipe safe and easy. They are available on locking castors so pipe can be placed into position and supported.

Pipe Benders & Formers

Pipe benders are economical one-step bending operations for various size steel, aluminum and copper pipe. A hydraulic ram presses the pipe to the desired angle using pipe formers to ensure the pipe is not damaged.

There are a wide variety of pipe benders available from 8mm to 200mm pipe. There are also powered benders available.

• Hand Powered benders - these are for low strength pipe and have two handles to give the user leverage.
• Stand Bender - These are a hand powered bender for larger applications, it is still powered using leverage but has a stand to make the process more secure and increase the leverage.
• Hydraulic Hand Pump - These are the most common type of bender and are powered by a hydraulic cylinder to accurately bend the pipe to the correct angle. These are available with different fittings such as 180 degrees bending and sheet metal bending.
• Power Pack Hydraulic Bender - This is an electric powered hydraulic pump making heavier operations more precise.
